If the safety of the Medical Frigate can be guaranteed by the AW and HF then it may remain in Liberty for the conclusion of its mission of mercy, provided of course no objections.

Rumors have reached me of a possible Helghast threat to the frigate, given the AW's and HF's noted dealings with this organization, perhaps they could encourage their associates to think twice before again attacking it and if necessary take more action to its defense than they previously did given its status.

<Specific to AW rep>
As for AW's traders, they are as unwelcomed as your military vessels. They will not be fired upon unless provoked but highly recommend finding other ports that will take your goods. As for SF's trading access to Omicron Theta, we see little interest in conducting trade that would support a group that took up arms against us. We will assist traders (generally) to the border of Omicron Theta but it will be AW's responsiblity to ensure their safety within their own system.

The AWs actions have made us greatly reconsider our trading and route recommendation practices.

Respect our authority in Bretonia, and we'll respect your's in Omicron Theta. AW's status is changed to Unfriendly (your vessels will be asked to state their intentions and I advise to inform your ranks that a response of "none of your business" will not be tolerated. I would expect the same stance from the AW in Theta so no surprises here). The HF status is changed to Hostile (the hostile reflects the fact that if the HF are found in Bretonian space they will be asked to leave and fired upon if they do not comply).
