You've made some interesting suggestions. I shall think of it later because I hardly find time to play, write the stories and answer so many questions at the same time. People join in with their caps (more often) because they feel more safer (although that is not entirely true), and they know I constantly give suggestions and tips on tactics etc... Be that as it may, I'm sure more and more bombers will come, then you will see some pretty interesting bomber tactics I came up with. Then, I shall fly my own bomber as well, I don't run away from it. In any case, I deem that everything that happens in a battle (unstable situation in which anything might occur at any moment) is best supervised and coordinated from higher grounds - battleships in this case.

Where did it ran - Rebels who deserted has caps? Why not? They deserted with their entire crew that supports their commander. History shows it happened on more than several occasions.

I also agree with Rand Seth. He is absolutely right. But I told Krays not to dock at Order bases because of RP, just like Core prohibited us from docking at BH bases. I drew a parallel right there.

TheMillers gave me an excellent idea. Restricted terrorist ID sounds pretty interesting (but to attack with announcements only). But I'd add that we don't have to loot ships to provide a RP about our income. Terrorists in real life are mostly financed through dummy corporations of anonimous donations by a very rich and powerful individuals.
