Well with no respect to admins, I was just offering a suggestion that should motivate more police officers to do their job better.
It doesn't have to breed corruption, it can certainly breed more rp.

Having a cryer ID transport near in cooperation, or police transport to haul things away should breed more rp instead of destroying it.
Organizing an evidence transports run, from California to Manhattan gives some roleplay with pirates as well. It all depends on what do you want to do. My idea was to broaden the interactions players have, toning down the "meaningless" rp and offer bit more pvp in roleplay.
