The main thing I recommend is probably just take out a few of or restrict the use of capital ships in Liberty. There's a large amount of Battlecruisers, Battleships and Carriers, but no-one ever seems to want to use the ol' siege cruiser. Thanks to Liberty having so many damn capships floating around and taking the credit from all the fighters who are protecting their colossal asses from bombers, all the other houses seem to have small numbers in comparison. At least in my eyes.
