Konnichiwa, Blood Dragons. I am Hachisuke Tanzo of the Koga Clan Ninjas of Honshu. Though a small clan, we have persisted throughout the centuries with a conservative diplomatic outlook and absolute loyalty towards our clan and home city and therefore take no sides in the Imperial question of rulership. However, I wish to provide services to the Blood Dragons for monetary compensation so long as the bounties or jobs do not break our codes of conduct, listed here:

1) Koga Clan Ninjas will never take out a contract against anyone of Kusari decent.
2) Koga Clan Ninjas will never accept a job from a non-kusarian.
3) Koga Clan Ninjas will never reveal their employer, to do so disrespects the clan and will invite death.
