To our esteemed allies,

I find myself needing a bit more of an offensive punch when it come to guarding Zoner space. As I am currently the Captain of one of our Conference class gunships, I wanted to upgrade without really having to change tactics or find additional crew. Knowing the relationship between our two groups and seeing a few others flying these impressive ships I have decided to come before you, to ask permission to purchase one. If you can let me know what the standard details of such and arrangement are and what paperwork I need to fill out, I will be happy to do so.
