• Good Day Director and may I introduce myself as Lieutenant Marcus Verrou. I am sorry to be the porteur of bad news but there has been a recent obscurity in the commanding ranks of The Council Loyalist forces. As of now we stand as a band of vessels fighting for the same cause and so we shal until we hear from our commanding officiers in the hopeful future. Should this scenario not occur and rumours of a break down in high command prove to be true; i give my personal approval and encouragement of this deal.
  
  I trust IMG officials will not abuse this power and interviene with our civil affairs throughout Gallia.
