Mickk, not happening. It's not a bad idea, it just has bad implications, we can understand your intentions are good. But what'l really come out of this is Irritation, Outrage and Poverty. We can't afford to pay for repairs and re-equipping all the time. We'd all be broke every time a missile hits our hull which would be all too often.
