The Neo-Terran Front now has limited access to Vespucci. They're allowed on America Base, the Ravager, and the areas in-between. In addition, they're also allowed limited access to Monterrey Base, but are not to otherwise enter any nebula or asteroid field in Vespucci. If you seem them in one and they are not on their way directly to or from Monterrey Base, you will terminate them and report the incident to myself.
