Regarding the Pirate Transport Galveston Freight;

I will not explain the situation to you, since that would take too much of my time which is better spent elsewhere.

I will however say that, due to proceedings in New York, and the Captain of the Galveston Freight escaping custody, that ship is now to be destroyed on sight after the relevant warnings have been given.
