OSI, your privileges to operate in Kusari are Herby revoked. Your ship OSI-Outreach has put such insult on Kusari, that I do not believe it can be forgiven. I have personally viewed the recording of the incident between your ship and one of the noble, honorable Farmers of Kyushu. First off, I am sickened by the lack of respect your man showed for this noble citizen of Kusari, second, I am enraged by the lack of respect shown for Kusari law... My Law, by your man, and third, the sight of a Zoner Corvo Cruiser and Zoner GB attacking a lawful citizen of Kusari and destroying his Big Dragon Transport ship for trying to enforce Kusari law, is beyond the pale. On top of all of that, you man threat, that if he is not allowed to violate Kusari law, he will go and support the Bretonians was the last and final straw. We Kusari have always had a good relationship with the Zoners, but recently, we have seen more and more independent Zoners turning to drug smuggling and embargo running. In this case we have a factionilized Zoner, directing two independent Zoners to violate Kusari law, ignore those who would try to stop them, and destroy anyone who gets in the way. This will be taken no longer. OSI is the first Zoner group to be blocked from Kusari, but if things continue the way they are, they will not be the last.

As for the official documentation, OSI has been convicted of, from the Kusari Legal Codex

NO Destroyer, Cruiser, Battleship capital class vessel may enter Kusari Core Space without prior permission from the High Command.
Kyushu, New Tokyo, Honshu, Shikoku.

While your ship was not a capital class vessel, your ship employed one as an escort, and refused to have it leave Kusari core space.

License for restricted export to the Taus

OSI lacks the proper License for export of restricted goods to the Taus. I dont care if you are Zoners, you must be with in Kusari law while supplying Freeports in the Taus. Arguments that Zoners can do whatever they want to supply Freeports will not be accepted by the Kusari Government.

I will also point out this recent quote from Chairman Holliday of the Council of Zoners.

The council does not nor has it ever protected any Zoner caught running contraband. They are at the mercy of the house they are caught in. Factionalized Zoners also know that they are NOT immune to house laws. Quite often, if they are caught and reported, they will be disciplined by their leadership.
Unfortunately, independent Zoners, are often the ones who make it hard on us all.

Well, this is Factionalized Zoners, leading Indy Zoners to be the problem, and it is part of the reason the Kusari Government is taking this stand. This is not a case where it can just be blamed on the "Indies."

OSI, you can apply to have your privileges to operate in Kusari returned in 30 days. Your record during the next 30 days will be looked at if you apply to trade in Kusari again. If you violate this order, I guarantee, you will not get those privileges returned.
