Fellow citizens of the Outcast Nation,

For many years we have struggled. From the early days centuries ago when our crippled sleeper ship The "Hispania" could move no more & settled us in Omicron Alpha, The discovery & colonization of the planet Malta, the hardships endured in the violent climate of our new planet, the curse our new home placed upon us, to the wars fought for years with those who abandoned us to drift in space. Yet we as a people have survived. We turned a bitter & desolate planet into a thriving entity filled with cities, commerce, fields flowing with the Orange Dream & our mighty production facilities. We have found ways to embrace our curse & turn into profit. To form vast shipping zones that distribute our products & bring us profits. And to form a grand navy to defend us from those seeking to destroy us. We as a people have survived & prospered. From unorganized chaos, to unity to better our own. Today my fellow Outcast, We step into the future.

As of Midnight this day, The Council of Dons officially steps aside & will dissolve it self to make way for the newly elected government. A government of the people, by the people, for the people.
A Government with true leaders, representatives & goals to keep us unified & to help us prosper into the future.
Our last act as the Council of Dons is to announce & warmly welcome the Outcast Commonwealth Government.

The Commonwealth Government will assume control of the Outcast Nation at the stroke of Midnight.
It may be a few days before they announce new laws & regulations along with diplomatic references, But we have been authorized to display the current government structure & it's members.

(Outcast National Guard & Police, Follows commands of Council & Admiral of Navy, Second Highest Ranking Officer of Vice Admiral, Assists in Defense & maintaining laws of Outcast Nation)
