Now, it makes perfect sense to enforce the embargo and to prevent goods being shipped to Liberty from Rheinland. But if a indie trader risks his neck passing the Liberty blockade to Rheinland, that's practically helping Rheinland's war effort with goods. I cannot see a reason for why he should be taxed. Does not really make sense to me. Same goes for all the other borders. Incoming trade should be welcomed, you can very well tax the exports to other Houses, having the RP excuse that said goods may be needed for the war (i.e ore, electronics, shipbuilding stuff)
