I just wonder about this little part of your text:
For me it sounds like as if for example 141| and Order| are counted as 2 different groups within this event.
BUT both belong to the same NPC faction so they cannot even shoot each other regarding server rules.

That concludes for me that both 141| and Order| would have to form a group in order to obey the server rules.
Same goes for SFC and [LN]

Or am I wrong on this point?

Your not wrong. It was just a example that Factions get a Bonus on top.
