Thats why I am glad to have thrown it into this tiger-pit.

The hungry ones, tear everything appart and complain that its too less food.
The also hungry, but more thoughtfull ones, will look where the best parts are and take them with pleassure.

It will get a bit more slim now and scaled down to only 2 taxed classes. 100.000 and 150.000.

Only outgoing stuff and Rheinland produced/sold.

Yeah the RFP will get involved in this of course.
Just not the RM indies for now.

Also the ideas with weekly payment is somehow good, but everywhere used.
I want to try this one out and it already improoves.
Licensing or weekly payment is more paperwork and gets most likely on my or one of the Vizeadmirals hands.
Active in space taxing implements the players in space. More player to player interaction.
