I cant say im fond off having yet another Outcast group.

Meh, this faction focuses on raids, not smuggling, stealth attacks, or guarding.

Especially when only the first four ranks (out of eight) are made to use fighters.
I mean from rank 4 and up you can use cruisers, 5 and up battleships...

Good point, I've changed it a bit.

Sure you say you are to help new players but thats not enough.

How about to be non elitist? Is that good enough? Most of the current factionalized people are, from a new person's perspective too elitist.

And I dont have any recomendation to make it better either. There are just to many groups allready in the outcasts.

So save your cash and join an allready existing group.
And to remark on the existing ships.
4 off those are yours....

None of those groups fill in the niche that I want. Existing ships, yes I'm not too good on recruiting...
