Subject: Miss Felicia Drum

Admiral,

It is true that the current situation with Miss Drum has taken an unusual turn. However, let me explain the events to the best of my knowing to help you better ascertain the situation.

When the situation was reported to me I've taken the proper steps to inform LN admiralty at once. As you were unreachable at the moment I've received those news, I've informed Commodore Robinson on the Admiralty channel of the situation to which she responded that she would try to enter in contact with you afterward. If I'm accurate, we were able to reach you at one point, but there was probably a neural-net malfunction since communications were unstable.

I will also inform Agent Snow of your apology. On an other note, I believe like you that there should be a better communication and transfer of information between both organizations. However, it is not within my capabilities to fully and permanently resolve such issue. After all, LSF reports to the government first and foremost through reports in our neural dumps. The government would need to bring certain modifications to our procedures to correct the situation; I believe this would be a very hard task with possibly severe consequences

Anyhow, when I've created the neural dump, I made sure that Navy's admiralty had access to it. My technicians are currently troubleshooting the system to see if there are any bugs that may have prevented your admiralty from accessing those reports directly. Although, they have found nothing so far.

As for your concern over the details of the situation not sent to you, we did our best to inform your organization of the risk she is posing as I pointed earlier above. I, however, do not recall entering in contact with Agent Snow. It may have been an oversight from his part as we were involved in an operation against the BDM at the time. I will have to verify with him, but you should be able to see our reports by now.

Not only is Drum a very interesting case, but I firmly believe that she is far too volatile to be let free or even alive. On top of that, the attacks she conducted against us prove that we have been lied to when she claimed to a deserter fleeing the Rheinland Military. After all, by common logic, we have to assume that she is still in contact with the Rheinland Government. Simply put: We've been tricked. Now, she has knowledge of us being involved in nomad experiments due to her brother, if it really is her brother. I hope you grasp like me what this means. The Rheinland government is most certainly now aware that we are conducting nomad experiments and could very well use said information against us through propaganda. This time however, they may have some solid proof to back up those claims.

I strongly believe that Miss Drum was properly treated by the Liberty authorities until she suddenly rejoined the side of the enemy. Everyone has handled the situation with delicacy before that point; It is by her own choosing that she rejoined the enemy camp. When she was seen acting against my men as well as many NG and secondary Navy pilots, urgency has taken over delicacy. Thus, LSF Christian Deus took the proper step to have her neutralized at all costs. This is quite standard from both our organizations.

This makes Drum far too connected to be simply put inside a prison in our space. Either we detain her in a secret detention center in a very remote location or dispose of her. Even under detention, I fail to see how she can be of any use to us. Military prisoners of war are not lacking lately.

Copperfield Out.
