Orrrrrrr give plenty and plenty of warning.

If your 10 year old goes ahead and looks at the story specifically labelled 18+ then it is their fault and yours as the adult. You can't simply say 'It shouldn't be there for them to see!' since they can find it far more easily by typing seemingly normal things into google. If you want to apply the 'It shouldn't be here at all' idea to things then it would be best to just not let them use the internet, watch tv or even talk to their friends.
