Kishiro has always been more closely involved with the GMG and Blood Dragons, who are more embracing of foreign nations and non-kusari individuals, so long as such embrance furthers their goals (and the goals of Kusari as a whole).
I think that due to your past as a corsair, and taking hints from your allies in the hogosha and AFA, you're trying to make this new Kishiro faction too much like them - and in turn too much like Samura. It doesnt fit, IMO - and I dont think you should stick to that point of view with a Kishiro faction.
Samura is the corporation based purely on greed and power, Kishiro was always the faction that chose the path of honor and proper business (at least, as I see it, and as the rumors/infocards in-game hint towards).
you might have misread what I've said, but I can repeat it.
I am in no way trying to actually cooperate with Alliance or Hogosha, Kishiro allowed them to purchase the commodities as long as they keep their guns locked. Last thing Kusari needs is a war between Samura and Kishiro. We are expansion orientated, the kusari rules do not allow mercenarys and bounty hunters in their lands, and KNF ensures us we will be safe as long as everyone's interest is Kusari growth.
We hope to be very close to GMG and Ageira, actually offering to split the costs of securing space between liberty and kusari, and to see what can we actually do with GMG cooperation. (as soon as they reply on the communications forum).
Having a chance to lead Kishiro means a seat on the council as well. Council that from what I saw has delicate politics. I'm extending a hand of good will instead a large bounty on quasy lawfuls that could distrupt my traders. Point is to stabilize Kusari not war it up.
