I'll answer you again to bump it up. What is on surface will remain on surface and I actually have to contact Samura to see other things.
But Kishiro will never openly war Samura, and if you expect me to write here something like

- oh yeah deffinatley, i'll actually pay someone from Samura loads of cash or Hogosha to actually sabotage Samura ships around. mwhahaha.
