I've talked with Wuselkobold on Skype and I am convinced enough to see them give it a try.

I too voiced my concerns to him and I'll place them here and not hide it from the public.

Well it was the caps really, or more particularly the BCs, that concerned me. The Carrier as a home. Got no problem at that thought, doesn't even make me blink.
I feel that the RP of the BCs are a bit in Limbo on the other hand. Sadly it's based on what the ship is; an assault ship by design. But in the end it is how we RP the ships in-game that matters and that is what the IMG make.
I do feel that Wuselkobold is a fine roleplayer, I've interacted with him in-game on several occasions. I'm willing to see him have a chance with these RP platforms. At least they are limiting their numbers and who uses them which is more than can be said by many groups on the server. If I read right that they will be dispersed then that too reassures me that the only 5 (for example) members don't all jump into shared accounts and romp around together in caps. I'm willing to give them a chance and see if this works out right.
I should mention that you will find some use for them. When you harrass smugglers near Alpha the OCs do come. Been there and love to keep doing it.
But still there is still a RP hole in my mind concerning the BCs, something that places a light blanket over it's assault-suggestive title. Give them their own title and provide them with a stated function and purpose (each, if they spread out because one in the Sigmas will be under different pressures than one in the Omegas, for example), like support ships, command centers and diplomatic envoys outside of house space. Something more than just being there.

As I said we talked alot on Skype and I am willing to give him a chance and watch how this develops.

I don't have any issues with the rest really. You've focused your scope a fair amount, but at least there is no shortage of slave trade. For the moment.........takes one update to change all that, just so you know.
