What do YOU think of these new bomber weapons?

Aside from wanting faction specific versions, my verdict is "excellent".

This was the simplest possible way (so simple I never thought of it) to turn a bomber from a PWN-Mobile into a dedicated anti-cap ship. The bomber is still the ultimate weapon, when it comes to pirating lonely transports, smuggler interdiction, and anti-cap fleet combat. However, when faced with fighters, they better cut and run, or have an escort of their own - as it should be.

The only place where I feel the bomber is now a bit weak is vs gunboats. Gunboats imho are just a little bit too small and agile, and they prove problematic for bombers. I'm not sure though, as it'll need more testing.

As the week goes by, I'm sure the matters of the new weapons' dps will be evaluated, and if necessary edited.

Overall, I'm happy. The bombers now have a niche to work in, as it should be. Job well done!
