- Open comms...and transmit this message to SA DoD- York ordered.

Message:

Dear Admiral you should talk with your Department of defense. We were approached by them with cease fire proposal. Cease fire was agreed between Xenos under my command and SA DoD. Under my command currently are two battle vessels and one trade vessel...But you in your limited or none knowledge of internal Xeno affairs i am not surprised why you call this agreement treaty between individual and whole faction. Also, where did you hear any threats?...All negotiations with DoD are polite and civil. DoD knows my demands, and I know yours. Since they have higher authority then you, dear admiral, why do you interfere in this delicate time.
I am sure that you will be informed on negotiations by your own DoD when they are finished. I do not command entire Xeno fleet, but my ships will obey this treaty if it becomes reality. I expect same from you and your people. However, if you don't like this negotiations, please forward your complaints to DoD and not to me.
