We left our alliance with the Corsairs for many reason, mostly because we didn't want to be involved in your war. These last days although, a certain group, namely the ESS, seems to have based themselves on the Freeport 2 and since then, terrorized the population nearby. They even raided the Unioner's base in the sector, Pacifica.

Realize that our threat concerns the ESS only and we do not want in any way to wage a war against the Outcasts. We also learned that not all of the Outcast Commonwealth support the actions of the ESS. Since the Zoners keep an eye closed on their actions, we would ask you to intervene, and to ask them to pull out from Bering for the population's sake. Show them other ways to smuggle their cardamine through, move them to Omicron Eta, anything please. Their actions against us are inexcusable, so radical measures had to be taken against them.

Again, it is not an attack against the Outcast nation, but against one of their most... ''Silly'' group.
