All ESS,

After a lengthy discussion in private with the President of the Outcast Commonwealth about recent events, it has been discovered that it is in our best interests to pull out of Bering and stop all operations there. From this point forward all ESS Vessels are not to be found inside Bering, or Rheinland for that matter. Consider this a No Fly Zone.

In Addition to this all ESS are ordered to leave all Alster Union vessels alone unless they attack you first. Self-defense only. If you are confronted by any AU while you are in Bering pulling out, let them know what you are doing and if they attack you then defend yourself. You are not to promote hostilities with them by no means.

This is an executive order. Carry it out ASAP. I require no discussion on this, it has been decided and it is final. We have more important endeavors to carry out.

Please note, hostilities with the Liberty Revolution Front is not decreased though. If you encounter them in the Texas System or any other Liberty System you are to engage and destroy with extreme prejudice. If for some reason they bring AU allies into the conflict, you are not to fire on them unless they fire on you.
