Hello.

Your cap 8 was taken from you because it was your 7th sanction. Your 6th sanction for pvp abuse rules. Such as engaging without warning, re-engaging and so on. To be brutally honest if Hoodlum was on the clock you would probably have been perma banned.

The Apoc group, as outlined in the sanction, was given the treatment it received due entirely as repercussions for your in game actions. Between the Bounty Hunter pilots, Order pilots, mercs and freelancers in GMG bombers, Outcast gunships, Order carriers, Hunter ships of all sizes and so on you have proceeded to kill, piss off and generally alienate yourselves in the face of every single group in the region.

On top of, yes still, docking on Freeports to recharge you basically decided to "claim" a derelict Zoner planet as your base of operations, from which you would manage to somehow maintain a capfleet with which to Engagaging the locals to your hearts content.

All three groups separately condemned you and decided to kick you to the curb. Your Order players by the Order. Your Hunters by the Hunters and all of you by the Zoners.

So, as outlined in the sanction, we simply pulled the levers to provide an ounce of reality to the situation. Same as I would do for any Hogosha transport running neutral to the LSF whilst hauling artifacts through Alaska.

Dab provided the grounds for the Zoners accepting you back into the fold. I'm sure Athenian might be receptive to the same. Or, barring that, you could declare the Apocalypse adventure more or less come to a close and suggest to us another local to which you might like to be settled. Gallia or something similar.

Until you work to undo the situation you now find yourself in, however, be prepared to "lose" any ships destroyed in combat.
