some in your group dont really participate much in RP, and while you are a good RPer and not deserving of this, some of the others are slightly more so.

If people all wear the same tag, then people will have to share responsibility.

Except bringing something new and interesting in RP of server....

Unfortunately, many perceive fleets of Bounty Hunter capships that launch frequent raids to be nothing new.

I know this is a RP Server, but its also a game, and games are ment to be fun are they not.

I think you mean "this is a RP Server and also a game." There doesn't have to be a distinction.

I doubt that "old" players would need some "protection".

Probably because of experience. And most likely because most people now better than to pursue a course of action that alienates everyone.

1. I was guilty for 1 out of 7 sanctions.

While the rules are sometimes a little unclear, sometimes they aren't. I think you're being a little disingenuous here.

I did open fire on you and I denied it at first. Why did I deny it? Because I wasn't really sure that I did fire at your transport before you told me that, while incident was still not finished and all of hostiles were not... taken care of. It was a battle, remember? Unstable situation? I can't keep track of everything all the time. Ha-ha. I destroyed a juggie with a mako, 2 times (second time I had Highlander's help). Ha-ha. The other day I'd finish off your carrier as well if you didn't have 5 caps against our 2. Try pressing more buttons moving your mouse a lot more next time , see if it works:)
Docking at FP? It was forceful, and I said later that I'd pay Zoners for damage to FP.

Higher standards of play are expected from capships. Now whether or not you agree with that is another thing, but it is generally true of Discovery.

3. Never did I see that someone had his cap 8 taken. I didn't see it till now, which doesn't mean it didn't happen before.

I recall Ku-Lan losing his entire ship. And a fleet of Battlecruisers getting jailed. It does happen. Not every week, but quite frequently.

You also said "(...)expressing dissatisfaction with the guild and the way the guild ran stuff (...)" I expressed it before we were even expelled from Guild. Hell, I even complained while I was flying dessie in omega 3... And that was 6, 7 months ago.

You could let us know what we are doing wrong in our feedback thread.

5. Kelt - Did I ever start a fight in minor without first telling "Gather enough forces first, then we will fight." Why didn't you mention that as well? Ask many in Gamma as well. They'll tell you the same.

6. Corsair - "Insanely OORP conduct, powergaming, pvpwhoring, and general hostility towards everyone makes me glad to see you gone." We never attacked when we outgun. Ask anyone.
"Too many times you've shot my Zoner supply ship with three or four wingmates." How can you lie that much? I really don't understand. I never fired at any transport except in Omega 3 (half of year ago, target had BH hunters in cargo hold) and Dab's transport in that FP incident.

I wonder if you were entirely aware of what your henchmen were doing all this time.
