SCRA and non combat life

So as I talked with Alvin about his citizen Katz and his political engagement in Ontario to liberate it and free it from the shackles of capitalism I realized he can offer alot, but not as SCRA actually.
So we talked about flowers and teddy bears etc, and his plans about Ontario so I started to think more about SCRA.

They have 60% mobilization, notoriously crazy commander who won the bloody revolution after SCRA actually thought about allying with Alliance (say that three times fast). Ofcourse, he thought (and hes bretonian) that alliance is silly and that it's time to terminate all those that think like that.
They have awesome ship building skills (no wonder they won on SOL), they have a corsair with an metal hand (!!) and their admittance into golden wings and similar fleet squads is deadly.

On the other hand they don't harm civilian line at all, they are there to liberate people, after all. And this is great, not great, but awesome. So they have a goal, and they are determined to accomplish this liberation with minimum casualties as possible. So they are political as well as militant activists.

The "unlawful" (yes i placed quotation marks because I don't believe any Rheinland unlawful group was actually evil, corporations pushed those people to edge) Rheinland factions are allied with SCRA. They believe SCRA can bring a difference, or do they? Do they actually believe that, or they just need military help against targets of RM etc? Because I would like to believe that SCRA wouldn't just be "used" like this. I believe there's mutual benefit from this, like SCRA getting materials for their ships etc.

Now we have 60% mobilization of about 1million people. What are rest doing, if you ignore women and children ofcourse, there's a good hefty sum of population that could be working towards getting the supplies to their planet, mining the ore and doing whatnot.
I'ld like to believe that people with skills and agenda to actually "liberate" people from their capitalist oppression do have more to offer than "we'll mobilize you, and most of you will die because our trainings are accompanied by live munition"

Will people be able to develop Sirius Coalition Revolution into something deeper, or will they always stay as a minor fleet of death?
