I'll be blunt: Just how many anti-smuggling groups do we really need? LRF, ZAS, SCRA, and any of a dozen others are smitiing Outcast funds. It gets old fast.

This on the heels of a slight nerf of cardi-slaves? *shrugs* The writeup is good, but I can't approve of the idea.
