It looks quite good. The only thing I dislike is the assumed alliance with all Junkers... But that's more because I think Gallic Junkers and Sirius Junkers should be completely separate factions now. Gallic Junkers don't 'run the show' with regards to Sirius Junkers anymore, and I'm sure there are quite a few Sirius Junkers who don't give a damn about Gallia.

Are you intending to represent all of the Gallic Junkers, or merely the Royalist side? Canonically, the Gallic Junkers work both sides, and the Council/Brigands/etc. make use of their services as well as the Crown (though the Crown pays better, so they get more services).
