2. All neutral including nomad and guard factions. Have some experience with those you'ld like to share? I'm open on the topic.

Well, the entire point of guard factions starting hostile was to keep people from:

• Powertrading through guard systems (which, in-RP, are almost always supposed to be highly-restricted areas)
  
• Slow down battleship acquisition; not as important with guard IDs now, but you might end up having people getting Liberty Dreads for KNF characters or other ridiculous things like that. It's a lot easier to lose normal faction rep than guard rep.
  

As for nomads... do you want everyone running around in Nomad Battleships halfassing the already-difficult Nomad RP and using it as an excuse to blow everyone up? Because with what I've seen lately on the main server from various idiot caps in basically every faction, it'll almost definitely happen.
