As for the rest, i think its kind of ok, i alwaysed used to log off that char after death or escape and change the sceenery, but then you think, hey how about playing that char *looks to the watch* oh not bad idea, no 4 hours gone.

This is incorrect.

5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 2 hours.

5.9 Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.

Y'all need to pay attention when the rules change. You die - you stay OUT of the system with ALL of your characters (that aren't traders that are trading).
