SCRA and non combat life

There are significant populations on both planets in O-52, Volgograd and Jiangxi. The limitation on custom systems of NOT having dockable planets made these not have docking rings, but they do have populations on them that farm, mine, construct, and generally live out their productive lives like good little Socialists.

It's very hard to expand your roleplay, which is to take over the world in a sense, when you're flat told that you will not expand past your one system, and you're lucky to have that. The Coalition isn't part of the Discovery story line; we're an easter-egg if you will. That little something extra that makes everything that little bit better.

We make the best of the situation we're offered, which is why at the moment, we're fighting with the Rheinland Revolutionary Alliance, and starting ties with the Liberty Revolutionary Front as well.

As for the JH...ssshhhh!

As for transports? and mining ships? We don't need either (my opinion). The Coalition might use both, but the SCRA aka the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army, has no use for a mining ship, or (really) a transport. We're the FIGHTING ARM of the Coalition. Sure, it'd be an interesting sight to see an AN-225 (oops, I mean Tornado) flying around, but let the NPCs do it. Same w/ the mining ship. NOT player accessible.
