SCRA and non combat life

I think it would be pretty interesting to have a non-combat coalition faction, but as stated above, the current ID, docking, and system restrictions would need to change for it to be viable.

One of the problems is that the coalition IFF is admin-given only, because the ships are restricted, and it's a one-faction system. If we were to give the coalition IFF out to civilians, there's a very high chance someone will decide that they really would rather get the bomber, or the fighter, or the cruiser, and then we'd have completely ruined everything we went to all the trouble of getting.

We have in the past exchanged resources with the RHA, leading to the RoS jumping them and us, and leading to a bit of a smash-up. I wouldn't mind seeing more interaction with them, but I'm not in a position at the moment to be able to keep more than a very loose eye on the faction.

Also, I can't see us trading too much with the Zoners, if it all, when we have comrades in rheinland that would benifit much more from our resources, and us from theirs.

I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.
