And thats why I have posted, in my first post this:

sirius coalition revolution, without an army. If you consider it an easter egg, why can't the easter egg be better, i am sure there are players that would be happy to roleplay as "civilian" in one system only, making that system bloom like parade on 1.5. of every year.

Things like that could be done and I'm sure there's a playerbase that would cover it. If not, it's not like alot is lost.

As for Doc, the current ID does not support trading, but I think something could actually be done with SCRA affiliation and Civilian ID.
Actually yeah, that could work perfectly.
