Now, Both of the Lieutenant Spots are open. I want to get them Filled. This means that I will be Extra Vigilant in looking for Members to take a spot. I want my Admirals to search for members who might Deserve a promotion with my Guide Lines in the other message.

Also, I want our Heavy Fighters to start to Specialize. A heavy Fighter pilot can tell em what they would like to be and I will give them Assignments. Specials can be;

Hunter-Killer
