I voted Hispania because I think the Hispanics are pretty well off through smuggling and pirating (the Outcasts have turned their purgatory into paradise - that exact phrase was said in a news report in the Malta bar - and the Corsairs have gotten over their starvation crisis), and the military is the best in Sirius I think. The Corsairs have the better numbers, the Outcasts have the better skill, both their ships are amazing, and both factions' pilots fight with a brutality that isn't seen anywhere else in Sirius (except maybe in the Coalition, but they lack the numbers).
