Today, while supervising some battle drills, emergency drills and upgrading of the ship's systems, I have received word from EFL)Chapeauroux that there was some problem with a Police officer. Said officer was attempting to extort the EFL) captain. So I ordered the pilot to take the ship in the area where the said conflict took place. What I found today was compelling evidence that the said officer was indeed guilty of the accusation, and not only that, he disobeyed direct orders from a Naval officer, insulted myself as a Naval officer, and the whole of His Majesty Royal Navy. Furthermore, adding to that, he was in direct dereliction of duty as he intended to extort a Sirius intruder, instead of destroying him on sight. The attempt was made, and the Sirian destroyed, but only AFTER he chose not to comply to the police officer's demands. That was done while myself, aboard the Duquesne, was around.
