I have been assigned to the Hokkaido system to further our assets in regards to the Nagano Gate and H-Fuel Mining operations.

Sapporo station is doing rather well considering the circumstances.
Although the target of numerous terrorist attacks we are making headway in the area of H-Fuel refining techniques.
Increased patrols have helped to stem the tide of these attacks but more must be done. It is to this that I have been authorized to attract mercenaries and hired help to assist in the clean up of the system.
Of course our usual associates have performed admirably as they always have and can also look forwards to greater rewards for their troubles.

In regards to the Nagano Gate project, shipments of materials have been coming in under expectation. I am sure this has to do with the attacks by malcontents and other riff raff. So I shall be having meetings with the representatives of Ageira Technologies to remedy this situation. While I understand the dangers involved in this area of space, a contract has been signed and I do expect D.S.E to complete the project in a timely manner.
