Admin Notice: Ship purchase restrictions

I get so sick of that question. This way ... if they are flying it ... they've gotten permission to have it.

Or it was purchased illegally before the switch. Or the ID was switched out after. Or...

Yet another restriction that punishes everybody universally, if not more so for the people who are responsible and come to the forums and ask factions if they can fly x ship. I know the GMG allows people to 'steal' their technology, if people have a valid reason and ask nicely. This shoots that in the face.
