I must confide to you that I cannot see why the SA puts up with FEAR. They captured many Kusari Policemen under the guise of murder, and then, upon our insistent requests, did nothing but ignore us! We were willing to listen to both sides of the story, but extradition of criminals to the respective House government would have helped their standing immensely. We did not, and still do not, believe a fair trial would have been given, and thus, asked our acquaintances, SiN|Tech, to aid in the Kusari Policemen's rescue. Said rescue went off without major problems, and while I am still looking into how exactly SiN|Tech did it so quickly... well, I am still gracious that the policemen were returned safely.

Which brings me back to the origin of this letter. And I wish it to be public, so that FEAR can comment. Why does the SA bother with the FEAR? They claim to be something akin to 'legal pirates', and yet they are little more than opportunistic thieves, preying on the weak or ill-defended. To me, they are honorless.

But I will take away these foul words if the FEAR can prove me wrong. Let them take up my challenge to respond within a timely manner! Let them come and show me up!

Or, let them come and declare war, and their false words that they were ready for peace, only for war to rage on. I do not wish for this, but from the past...
