Yes

The only occasional exception to this may be Hybrids. Thier biological/psychological logistics aren't quite the same, and so it's sometimes possible to revert to some human instincts or brain patterns.

As for the whole liquid hoohah, I've a feeling it may not just be your bog standard tap water. I'd imagine theres some crazy chemicals or artificial colours and preservatives in there aswell. Don't eat too many, they'l turn you purple.
