Erm guys i said "WOULD" i know we dont own theta ive been in AW since before you guys came here. There was once a time when i think we did "own" it in a sense, now we are going to own the zoner guard. My point was that theta is strategically important (for trade and its a way to get from gamma to alpha and vice versa) I dont know if Virginia is of any strategic importance but if a clan owned a system that was of strategic importance (was part of a profitable trade route for example) would they be allowed to make it off limits to all but a privileged few?

I guess question 2 was more of a general question and not specifically targeted at any one faction. Could an admin plz verify if factions can do this?
