Not to steal yet another of your threads, Oso, but I am so prone to doing so.

Can I limit the amount of trading going on in Honshu? I mean, everyone likes to trade there, and if I am tipped off that someone is giving their funds to a faction the KNF aren't particularly fond of... well, can't I say 'beat it!'

And, on that same note, can I tax those traders? Revenue would skyrocket!
