I have a Liberty Navy tagged and IDed character, flying a Avenger. That character is still not completely ready and needs to go into Virginia for some stuff. Am I not allowed to go in there if you guys are on? Or, will you allow me in if you guys are in game? I would be green to all the NPC's and you...so do I have to wait for you guys to tell me it's okay or can I just go into an already 'friendly' system?

Shouldn't I be allowed in that system if I am an ally and my RP is as a Liberty Navy Pilot? Or do I need the SA in front of my name?

Does it help that i'm trying to get the guard tag?
