I am honestly unsure what you are looking for. Most rules that I know I have gleaned from players I interact with in game, on the forum, and on Skype. The links Dab posted were extremely helpful when I started playing. However, I will agree, there are a ton of rules not written down that you learn as you play via trial and error. Do they need to be written down? I am unsure.

The only thing I can think of would be this

Indie players writes bio and states his intention to rebel against his parent group but is only planning it now and is currently not rebelling. Someone reads this and then pew pews him in game under the RP guise that he is a rebel. This is clearly a case of meta/power gaming and I would file a sanction report on him for the pew pew and link the proof; but would this actually be something that is sanctionable? It is common sense not to use the info from bios but is it sanctionable? Would the offenders parent group punish him?
