arvg: what you ask for is not a trival task. The documents in Dab's post is the best we have.

In addition, there are several posts in the tutorials section containing advice for new players. These address several of the questions you have.

If you must have better, I encourage you to find the information by searching old posts in the forum and interviewing people with the goal of obtaining a concensus about the right things to document. Once this is done, document it.

Personally, I suspect this task is impossible unless you worked on it full time for several months.

That was the point of this thread Canon, to collect those rules that are scattered about, such as the meta-gaming rule, and pool them all into one place. Not to be definitive, but rather to help people avoid troubling mistakes. Mistakes that lead to frustration all around, and could be avoided by doing this.
