Uh if you were willing to let go of your supremacist pride and rejoin the council, we would probably more than happily accept you back in. Neither the OPG or Benitez are trying to downplay you as a faction. The point is you aren't in the Council. Therefore why should the privileges go to a faction that doesn't want any of the responsibilities?

You weren't kicked out of the Council. You left.
We aren't trying to make you a lesser Corsair faction. You are simply unwilling to accept us as equals and can't accept anything less.
I don't remember OPG threatening to attack FTG, maybe that was Gentle. Our main problem was that you were circumventing the Council.
Yes the FTG and Buc events were similar. You were unwilling to cooperate in both cases.

Edit: and yes we could come back to the council, we have been asked several times, and each time I have said we will not return without a garentee that factions will be able to conduct thier own diplomacy, and each time that has not happened. Seems like OPG can make it's own diplomacy though...how intresting.




We accept all Corsairs as equal, we just wanted the ability to make deals with people ourselves, and were told that was unacceptable, that the OPG had to get a cut of the profit from any deals that were made with other factions. This is not about cooperation, it's about the OPG not allowing things to happen that they dont personally profit from. Yes the FTC and Bucs situations are similar, in the FTC situation, the Brotherhood was told it was not allowed to make deals with outside groups, and in the Buc situation, OPG (I guess) was told it can make those deals. I dont see how us cooperating or not makes a diffrence.
