mine IMG BC doesnt have one either...:(
but BS doesn't need cruise to catch up our BCs....we fly same speed and BS has range on us...and once in BS range of guns our BCs are pretty much dead...
but at least they cant cruise towards us and shoot us from point blank in a fight...and they could do that before....
this changes little for ships like ours...they suck either way :P
