Have you actually spent anytime up in Gallia, or created a character to RP up there. I am seeing more and more people in Gallia Rp'ing exceptionally well and at certain times there can be 20+ people spread over 2 or 3 systems up there. The GRP seem to be swelling in numbers as do the Council, man we even have some EFL traders and some independent freelancers trying to get established. Not to mention the UC. Ok its not New York with 30 or 40 people in the one system and I say thank god for that. I dont get any 'pay 3mil or die' pirates and the GRN roleplay there characters very well when encountering 'outsiders' so too speak. If you made an attempt to help populate the system rather than slagging it off it would help to change peoples perception of Gallia. ALso the council and traders can leave Gallia now.
